Fringe Flicks Season 4 continues PVTV’s quarterly underground film night in Liverpool, bringing together strange, daring, playful and boundary-pushing short films from around the world. The season combines international shorts, local work and a distinctly DIY curatorial approach, building a welcoming space for audiences and filmmakers who want cinema to feel alive, unusual and communal.
