About PVTV
People Versus TV is a Liverpool-based artist-led CIC bringing people together to make, share and experience bold, unusual creative work. Through screenings, collaborative meet-ups, films and DIY projects, PVTV creates space for strange ideas, practical experimentation, humour, critique and collective making.
PVTV is open to artists, non-artists and curious people alike. Some come to watch, some come to make, and some end up doing both.
Our work
PVTV’s work currently centres on three connected strands:
Fringe Flicks
Quarterly underground film nights bringing strange, playful and boundary-pushing cinema to Liverpool in a welcoming communal setting.
Creative Meet-Ups
Open collaborative sessions where people share ideas, test things out and make work together in a low-pressure, supportive environment.
Films and collaborative projects
Short films, moving-image work, immersive installations, and experimental projects developed through in-house productions, Creative Meet-Ups and wider collaboration.
PVTV exists to make space for unusual work, shared experimentation and creative community in Liverpool. Whether you want to watch, make, collaborate or find out more, there are different ways to get involved.
